Developers whose permits will be fine, will be able to continue the construction and reconstruction of facilities in the Crimea. This was stated by the head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov, transfers “Kryminform”.
“Those objects that do not violate any rules, we direct a release to float freely. And there are those objects which will not be completed under any circumstances”, — said Aksenov.
According to him, in the Crimea there are objects whose area is too high several times, and many developers did not react neither to public opinion nor to appeals of the authorities. “So we will go the way of disconnection from networks and issuing payment for the lease of land. Land rent will be counted such that they will think”, — said the head of the Republic.
Aksenov also stressed that the land in the coastal strip of Crimea is priceless and he doesn’t want “the Russians have formed an opinion that the Crimea is a region Shalmanov”.
The head of the Crimea said that the meeting of the city Council on the issue of capital construction will be held on Thursday, April 27, and work verification documentation will be completed “within months.”
As explained by the Minister of internal policy of the Crimea Dmitry Polonsky, the decision to suspend the construction “will not apply to bona fide developers who can fairly quickly confirm the legitimacy of the construction.” “Architectural and town planning Council transferred in mode non-stop, and inspection of all construction projects must go through in the shortest possible time, about a month, — said Polonsky. — Selection of regions, which are subject of the order is not accidental — there has long been revealed numerous facts of development in coastal regions and point uncoordinated development”.
Monday, April 24, Aksenov, by order, imposed a ban on capital construction and reconstruction of infrastructure facilities in the Crimea to verify the licenses of Architectural and town-planning Council of the Crimea. The ban on capital construction were eight urban districts: Alushta, Evpatoria, Kerch, Sudak, Saky, Feodosia, Yalta, Simferopol, as well as six districts: the Bakhchsarai, Lenin, Razdolnensky, Saksky, Simferopol and the black sea.
This prohibition does not apply to those buildings and structures, construction or reconstruction of which is conducted with the involvement of Federal, regional and local budgets.
The order about creation of Architectural and town-planning Council of the Republic of Crimea Aksenov signed last week. According to the document it is a collegiate and Advisory body created to implement a unified town-planning and architectural policy of the Crimea, improve the quality of the projects used in the construction investment activities in the territory of the Republic.
