Almost the whole capital of the Bank Mikhail Prokhorov “Renaissance Credit” will be laid to Alfa-Bank, said in the official documents of the “Renaissance Credit”.

This decision was made 100% shareholder of the Bank “Renaissance Credit” — “Treasurer-Finansinvest”. All will be laid 86% of the share capital of the Bank, which, according to the reports for 2016, amounted to 1.1 billion rubles.
