“SIBES” spent “dummy” operation on replacement of assets to cover the “shortage of funds in the cash and the real financial situation of the Bank.” The Central Bank also noted that the Bank was “asset-Stripping” in the “manipulation of accounting data”, the regulator found signs of deliberate bankruptcy. “In addition, this year, the Bank’s business has largely been focused on dubious transactions of customers with little tax burden”, — stated in the message controller.

Bank “SIBES” was founded in 1989. The branches of the Bank located in Moscow, Novosibirsk and Belgorod. Also two of “SIBES” were in Omsk. The Bank was included in the register of banks — participants of system of obligatory insurance of deposits on 20 January 2005 under number 490.
