CBR revoked the license of the Vladimir industrial Bank

Moscow. April 28. The Central Bank of Russia (CBR) has revoked the license for banking operations of the industrial Bank of Vladimir (Vladimir), is spoken in the message of Bank of Russia.

“Vladimir industrial Bank over a long period was in the field of view of the Bank of Russia due to the implementation by the Bank of various schemes of doubtful operations of clients, including those undertaken for the accounts of companies whose business is associated with transactions with precious metals. The Bank’s high involvement in questionable conduct operations in the conditions of repeated application of oversight measures aimed at excluding the participation of the Bank in servicing certain segments of the black market, testified to the absence of intentions of management and the owners of the Bank to implement the measures for normalization of its activities”, – notes the regulator.

By order of the Central Bank on 28 April, the Bank appointed a temporary administration.

Vladimir industrial Bank – the participant of system of insurance of contributions. Revocation of license is insured in respect of the obligations of this financial institution by deposits and provides for the payment of compensation to depositors, including private entrepreneurs, in the amount of 100% of the remaining balance, but not more than 1,4 million rubles per depositor.

Vladimir industrial Bank in the I quarter of 2017 took 269 th place in terms of assets in ranking “Interfax-100” prepared “Interfax-TSEA”. According to the Bank of Russia, on April 1 of the current year by total assets of the credit organization took the 287-th place in the Russian banking system.
