The footage, published by the European office of “Radio Liberty”, can be seen at a distance of several dozen meters from each other moving the two cars of the special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE, on the rear bumpers of which have flags which usually hosts an international organization on their machines.
After about 30 m cars disappeared over the forest plantation, where the explosion occurred. Fixing the incident the camera for a while lost focus due to the blast wave, but then moved the angle on the plot with a vehicle, which raised a cloud of black smoke.
In the extended version of the video, the newspaper notes, is seen as nine minutes later there is a third, unknown car, moving in the direction of the explosion.
The source that provided the publication of the recording of the cameras, said that the road on which the incident occurred, rarely used the civilian population in the region because of the proximity to the front line.
Car special monitoring mission of the OSCE in a mine explosion on the morning of April 23 near the village of Prishib in the Luhansk region.
