In the Voronezh region, the subsistence minimum in the first quarter grew by 1.9%


VORONEZH, may 5 — RIA Novosti. The subsistence minimum in the Voronezh region in the first quarter of 2017 increased by 157 roubles and amounted to 8278 rubles, said Friday the regional government.

The subsistence minimum in the fourth quarter of last year in Voronezh region amounted to 8121 ruble.

“Set subsistence minimum in the Voronezh region for the first quarter of 2017 per capita — 8278 rubles”, — stated in the message.

For able-bodied population the living wage is equal to 8960 rubles (in the previous quarter — 8808 rubles), for pensioners — 6946 roubles (6834 rubles). For children the living wage is set at 8117 rubles (was 7856 rubles).

The subsistence minimum for main socio-demographic groups is determined in accordance with applicable Federal and local laws, it is the basis for the calculation of various subsidies.
