MOSCOW, may 5. /TASS/. The savings Bank has eliminated the problem which the customers have any problems with the calculations on operations with use of Bank cards. As reported TASS in the contact center of the Bank, complaints are no longer coming.
“For technical reasons we have had problems of some customers across all services,” – said the representative of the contact center.
According to him, at the moment the problem is solved, all the transactions are in the normal mode.
In a press-Bank service TASS said that the technical failures were observed in the payment cards of the savings Bank in other Russian banks. “This morning, for a short time (about 20 minutes) there was a brief interruption in the payment cards of the savings Bank in other Russian banks”, – said the representative of the press service.
According to him, the problem occurred outside of the perimeter systems of the Bank. “The incident did not affect the maintenance of cards of the savings Bank network the savings Bank. Now the cards are maintained in a regular mode”, – said the press service.
