As reported by Interfax, Peskov said that “the cancellation of flights not had any order of the Supreme commander or the Minister of defence: has the security environment in the conditions when military aircraft can’t perform its tasks.”

“Cloud was nearly 150 m, and the aircraft is below 500 m of the cloud in terms of security, should not fly”, — he stressed.

The former commander Military-air forces of Russia Pyotr Deinekin told the news Agency that before the start of the parade the weather in the area the red square “deteriorated”. “Thank God that was canceled, because the risk for the sake of spectacle does not make sense” — said Deinekin.
