Badoo employees complained of too often party with champagne and strippers

Moscow. June 6. INTERFAX.RU – non-standard recruitment policy, Badoo Trading Ltd.’s Russian Andrey Andreev (owns the website and app for Dating Badoo) was dissatisfied with the part of the company’s employees, found the Agency Bloomberg.

At Badoo, whose office is in London, more than 60 million users in Latin America and Russia, but in the UK it is more know due to extravagant events. Soon, however, such a corporate culture, some employees began to tire. According to Bloomberg, HR Badoo received a number of complaints from workers. Some of them decided to leave the company, stating around too much tied to the topic of sex and “they didn’t sign up”.

However, in the Badoo Trading Ltd. declare that any “official” complaints about the corporate culture or parties they had received. The company’s founder Andrey Andreev said that the party is a way to reward employees, many of whom were young immigrants from Russia who left the first time away from home.
