The court upheld the Primorsky trade port in the dispute with the Federal Antimonopoly service of raising prices

MOSCOW, June 9. /TASS/. The Moscow arbitration court invalidated the decision of the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) of Russia on the case of overestimation of “Primorsk trade port” (PTP, part of NCSP group) tariffs for services on transportation of oil.

This is stated in the press release of the NCSP.

The order of the FAS on the abolition of existing tariffs for transshipment of oil and petroleum products also invalidated, the report says.

In November of 2016 FAS ordered PTP to reduce tariffs for oil transshipment and translate them into rubles. Otherwise, the FAS could impose working fine for violation of antitrust laws.
