The court at the request of “Aeroflot” has reduced the requirements for GSS to 448,5 million rubles

Moscow. June 14. INTERFAX.RU – the Moscow Arbitration court on 13 June at the request of JSC “Aeroflot – Russian airlines” has reduced the size of the claim to the airline to JSC “Sukhoi Civil aircraft” (SCAC) from 576 million rubles to 448,5 million rubles, according to the materials of the court.

The case was heard on the claim of “Aeroflot” about collecting from JSC “Sukhoi civil aircraft” 576 million rubles of losses on the supply agreement dated 2 June 2011.

The court at the preliminary meeting, on 13 June decided to involve in the proceedings as third persons, not declaring independent requirements, JSC “VEB-leasing” and the Federal air transport Agency (Rosaviatsia).

The main hearing in the case is scheduled for July 11.

Meanwhile “Aeroflot” on may 29, filed in the Moscow Arbitration court one more claim to “Sukhoi civil aircraft” – the recovery of about 2.1 billion rubles. His hearing is scheduled for June 28.

SCAC was founded in 2000 to implement projects in the field of civil aviation, including the development and production aircraft of the Sukhoi Superjet. The only shareholder of the company – JSC “Sukhoi” (part of JSC “United aircraft Corporation” ).
