“I was sent to the Federal register for publication notification that a state of emergency in connection with the actions and policies of certain members of the government of Belarus and other persons that undermine democratic processes and structures in this country, which was declared by the decree 13405 of June 16, 2006, must continue beyond June 16, 2017”, – stated in the notice trump Congress, published on the White house website.
