“Schwabe” will implement telemedicine technology in five regions of Russia

MOSCOW, June 16. /TASS/. Holding “Schwabe” have agreed on the introduction of telemedicine technologies in the Republic of Kalmykia, the Republic of Altai, Bryansk, Smolensk and Tula regions. About it reported in a press-service of the company.

“We are talking about the complex “heart rate monitor-MT”, the software and hardware complex “Obstetrics and neonatology” and a wheelchair-transformer for people with disabilities. The introduction of telemedicine technologies increase access of medical care to the population that is of particular importance in the development of the health system of the Russian Federation”, – said Deputy General Director of the shvabe Ivan Aggain.

Today’s telemedicine systems to operate in nine regions of the Russian Federation. Complex “Obstetrics and neonatology” is able to automate the work of all industry participants of obstetrics and represents equipment for perinatal monitoring in maternity hospitals and perinatal centers, remote monitoring of vital signs of the mother and fetus outside of medical facilities.

The complex “heart rate monitor-MT” allows physicians to remotely and online conduct online consultations, to make decisions in difficult cases, to electronic patient charts.
