Roskoshestvo not found high quality Russian cheese

MOSCOW, June 29. /TASS/. The study Roskoshestvo not confirmed the myth about the widespread use of palm oil in the production of “Russian” cheese, but none of the samples did not reach high quality standards, and in some cases, had traces of antibiotics. This is stated in the message of Roskoshestvo according to test results.

For testing were selected the 30 most popular brands of cheese varieties “Russian” from our country, but also from Belarus. Samples investigated at 77 parameters, including the presence of mold and bacterial contamination, vegetable fats and antibiotics, and verified their taste, smell and texture.

The violations that are found

As follows from the analysis of 30 samples, broke the law in the area of marking or exceeded content of antibiotics nine brands. Roskoshestvo found exceeding the standards on the contents of the tetracycline group of antibiotics in four samples – “Appetizing Year-Round,””Pride house”, “Just cheese” and “rostagroeksport”. Traces of antibiotics in this group are also found in eight samples, the group of the sulfonamides in three samples.

The study also revealed a mass product does not correspond to GOST. All seven cheeses, made according to GOST, was “unripe”.

Consumer myths

The results of the study disproved the consumer the myth of widespread fraud cheese with palm oil. Vegetable fats are found only in 6% of cases in the sample “Delicious all year round” and “Magnet”. According to estimates Soyuzmoloko, the amount of counterfeit goods on the market decreased from 10% in 2015 to 6%.

Together with this Roskoshestvo revealed no violations for microbiological indicators: none of the studied sample were not identified mold or pathogenic bacteria.
