Chairman of the Board of Directors of “T Plus” selected prisoner Yevhen olkhovyk


Moscow. July 12. INTERFAX.RU – the Board of Directors of PJSC “T Plus” was elected as its Chairman arrested Yevhen Olkhovyk, said in a statement. He was also a member of the Committee for strategy and investments of the company.

“We see no legal restrictions for the election of Yevhen Olkhovyk Chairman of the Board of Directors. According to internal documents of the company, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors is entitled to preside in his absence”, – said the “Interfax” the press service of the company. So, Deputy Chairman, was elected Chairman of the Board of the Renova group Igor maydannik.

Earlier olkhovyk has also chaired the Board of Directors. In September 2016, he and the General Director of “T Plus” Boris Vajnziher become involved in a criminal case about bribery in the Komi Republic. They are under arrest until August 2017. In early September of 2016, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that they are suspected in bribery in especially large size (part 5 of article 291 of the criminal code).

Vajnziher was elected in the previous composition of the Council and in conjunction with the Olkhovyk included in the present. He also retains the position of CEO.

“T Plus” controlled by the structures of the group “Renova” Viktor Vekselberg, who own 76,72% of the company, another of 7.16% are quasiclassically package. “T Plus” owns more than 7% of the installed capacity of power plants in Russia. The company’s share on the heat market is about 10%.
