Moscow. July 14. INTERFAX.RU – Siemens did not confirm the information about the possibility of the company’s exit from several assets in Russia, is evaluating the consequences of the situation with the supply of turbines in the Crimea, said the representative of Siemens Philip ENCs.
“We can’t confirm the speculation of the media. We adhere to our statement released on Monday, that consider further implications,” said ENCs, when asked to confirm the information about the possibility of withdrawal of Siemens from a number of assets in Russia.
“We estimate further consequences, but nothing changed Monday, with our final statements. No updates from Monday, no,” – he stressed. Earlier, the Kremlin said it had no information on what Siemens is considering the release of a number of assets in Russia, reported by German media.
“I can say that (in the Kremlin – Interfax) do not know about it,” – said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. The German newspaper Wirtschaftswoche, citing sources reported on Friday that Siemens is considering an exit from joint ventures in Russia – OOO “Siemens gas turbine technology” and “Interavtomatika”. This opportunity is studying the head of Siemens, Joe KAESER, said the publication.
