According to the procurement documentation of the savings Bank, at the end of June this year, he chose “VimpelCom” service provider for sending sms messages to customers. The cost of one message under the contract – 0.19 ruble. A similar agreement, the savings Bank regularly enters into with other leading Russian operators, but the rates are often not disclosed.
On plans to create its own MVNO-operator Sberbank announced at the end of 2016. Later it became known that the operator will work on the Tele2 network. With the final fate of the project, the Bank expects to decide by the autumn, after the completion of the pilot phase.
