Wage arrears in Russia in June dropped 3.7%


Moscow. July 17. INTERFAX.RU – arrears of wages in Russia on 1 July 2017 amounted to 3 billion 207 million roubles, having decreased in June on a 124 mln, or 3.7%, has informed on Monday Rosstat.

Arrears of wages due to the lack of organizations ‘ own funds by 1 July 2017. amounted to 3 billion 158 million rubles, or 98.5% of the total amount of overdue debt. Compared to June 1, 2017 it dropped to 104 million (3.2%).

Debts due to the late receipt of funds from budgets of all levels amounted to 49 million rubles and decreased compared to June 1, 2017 to 20 million rubles (28.8%), including debt from the Federal budget amounted to 2 million rubles and decreased compared to June 1, 2017 to 23 million (14 times), the budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation – 39 million rubles (a decrease of 3 million roubles, or 5.0%), local budgets – 8 million rubles (an increase of 6 million roubles or 3.3 times).

The greatest amount of overdue arrears of wages due to the lack of own funds of the total amount of debt is in Primorsky Krai (479,1 million rubles, or 15.2%), Kemerovo region (254,5 million rubles, or 8.1%), Khabarovsk Krai (130.7 million rubles, or 4.1%), St. Petersburg (101,5 million rubles, or 3.2%), Novosibirsk oblast (99,4 million roubles, or 3.1%).

Wage arrears due to late receipt of funds from the Federal budget on July 1, 2017, was absent in almost all the subjects of the Russian Federation (except Stavropol territory). Wage arrears due to late receipt of funds from budgets of constituent entities of the Russian Federation of July 1, 2017 was absent in 81 region.
