Putin outlined the “Norman Quartet” in the approaches of the Russian Federation on the key provisions of the agreements


MOSCOW, July 24. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin in a telephone conversation Monday with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, President of France Emmanuel Makron and the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in the format “Norman Quartet” in detail outlined the main approaches of the Russian Federation on the key provisions of the Minsk agreements.

“The leaders exchanged views on the situation in the South-East of Ukraine taking into account serious failures with the implementation of the Minsk agreements dated 12 February 2015, Vladimir Putin, in detail and in detail outlined the Russian approaches on all key provisions of the agreements”, – said the press service of the Kremlin.

The leaders heard reports of the head of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE ertu─črul Apakan and his Deputy Alexander hug on the situation with ensuring ceasefire on the contact line of the parties Ukrainian domestic conflict and other aspects of the work of the OSCE observers.
