MOSCOW, July 31. /TASS/. Sberbank of Russia has eliminated the problem due to which the customers of the Bank on Monday morning having problems with calculations on operations with use of Bank cards.
This is stated in comments of the Bank, obtained on request TASS.
July 31, several media outlets reported on the difficulties that clients of Sberbank have experienced when carrying out transactions via online banking.
“This morning some of the customers of the savings Bank could experience temporary difficulties when using a Bank card. Now the service is in normal mode. We apologize for the inconvenience”, – stated in the commentary.
Previous large-scale technical failure in the IT systems of the savings Bank occurred on June 9. Customers could not withdraw cash or use the Bank’s services via the Internet.
