FAS suspects farmastor involvement in the multibillion-dollar price-fixing


MOSCOW, August 1. /TASS/. The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) of Russia suspects the company “farmstor” participation in cartel agreements on tens of billions of rubles. This is stated in the message Department.

“FAS Russia in the framework of inspections of pharmaceutical companies checks “farmstor” on suspicion of involvement in the cartel drug purchase under the program “7 nosologies” – said the FAS.

As noted by the competition authority, the company actively opposes the test. Released to inspectors employees “Farmstore” refused to identify himself and did not give the inspectors of the FAS access to the company premises. Currently, a Protocol on obstruction of inspection.

The Department suspects them of participation in major cartel on bid at the procurement for the program “7 nosologies”. As reported TASS the head of Department for combating cartels FAS of Russia Andrey Tenishev, the service suspects the company in the conspiracy to supply drugs to tens of billions of rubles.

The company “farmstor” appeared on the Russian pharmaceutical market more than 15 years ago and specializiruetsya on the delivery of anticancer drugs and provide a full range of related services.
