KRASNOGORSK, August 24. /TASS/. Moscow region authorities plan next year to expand financial support for representatives of the IT and industrial sector to attract new investors. This was reported to journalists by the Deputy Chairman of Moscow region government – Minister of investment and innovation region Denis Butsaev.
According to the Deputy Chairman, the investment block of the region are currently actively working on proposals related to the expansion of support measures.
“We are currently working on the possibility of expanding support measures related to the IT sector and industry, including light and processing industry. We believe that in these industries requires an additional stimulus for arrival of new investors”, – said Butsaev.
He added that the investment unit in September-October of the current year will present to the Governor their suggestions. “Most likely, the support will itself next year, and discussion will take place in this,” he said.
According to the Deputy Chairman, the financial support measures compared to tax are for investors the most effective. “Tax support measures already exist and apply to all market participants, however, they do not create those unique and attractive conditions for which the right to count investors in the Moscow region”, – said Butsaev.
