MOSCOW, September 29. /TASS/. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has signed a decree declaring a disciplinary sanction in the form of incomplete official conformity to the transport Minister Maxim Sokolov.
The corresponding document was signed on 28 September, published on Friday on the official portal of legal information.
“To announce disciplinary action in the form of incomplete official conformity with the Russian transport Minister M. Yu. Sokolov,” – said in the text of the document.
It is noted that the decision on the recovery adopted on the proposal of the Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. 27 Sep Putin at a meeting with the Cabinet declared Sokolov service incompetence and criticised Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, who oversees the transport sector, because of the situation around the “VIM-Avia”.
According to the Federal law “On state civil service of the Russian Federation”, disciplinary action is withdrawn from the civil servant, if he does not will be announced in the new year. In addition, the penalty may be withdrawn before this period, on the initiative of the employer, upon written request of the civil servant or at the request of his immediate supervisor.
