MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. The issue of reforming the electoral system of Russia in terms of application is not yet being discussed, said the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov.
Thus told RBC that the working group of the presidential Council on human rights (HRC) has prepared for the President a report on the results of the elections on 10 September. The report proposes a number of changes to the electoral system, among which mitigate municipal filter, specification of the grounds for early voting and the creation of the Internet office of the voter.
“The country naturally there is much discussion about the further development and improvement of the electoral system is an absolutely normal process, people Express their opinions, put forward certain initiatives. However, while in terms of the application of any discussion is not conducted, especially any decisions was not accepted”, – said Peskov.
He added that the Kremlin has not yet received complaints from the HRC with these proposals.
