Retired Vice-Governor of Primorsky Krai

VLADIVOSTOK, November 7. /TASS/. The first Vice-Governor of Primorsky Krai Basil Usoltsev, who was in charge of civil protection, has resigned, said on Tuesday the press service of the Primorsky territory administration.

“The first Vice-Governor of Primorsky Krai Basil Usoltsev dismissed at his own request. The corresponding order was signed temporarily fulfilling duties of the Governor of the region Andrey Tarasenko,” – said in the message. About the reasons of resignation are not reported.

To perform the duties of the first Deputy head of the region under the redistribution of powers will be Vice-Governor Alexey Sukhov.

“Vasily Usoltsev was in charge of the Primorsky territory Administration transport and road economy, industry, licensing and trade, civil defense. Earlier in area of responsibility for a long time also included the issues of economy and enterprise development, land and property relations”, – the press-service.

Immediately after his appointment in early October, the acting Governor of Primorye Andrey Tarasenko extended the contracts of six Vice-governors of the administration, among whom were dismissed later Vasily Usoltsev and Edward Portnow. The last Chapter in the region have dismissed with the formulation “in connection with discrepancy of expectations” after the inspection, protracted seaside.
