MOSCOW, 8 November. /TASS/. Businessman Sergei Polonsky, who was convicted on charges of fraud to five years in prison, but released from punishment in connection with expiry of the limitation period, declared intention to stand in presidents of Russia.
“I made the decision and officially announce that he intends to run for President of Russia,” he told reporters after a meeting in Moscow city court.
