MOSCOW, November 24. /TASS/. Moscow hopes that the visit of the foreign Minister of Japan, Taro Kono of the Russian Federation will allow bilateral relations to reach a qualitatively new level. This was stated Friday by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov, opening negotiations with his Japanese counterpart.
“Mr. Minister, welcome to Moscow, we have over four months this is the third meeting, Lavrov said. – This is because our leaders are very often”.
“Now the main task is to make our contacts, not just contacts, but have given real results that elevate our relations to a qualitatively new level, – said the Russian foreign Minister. – I am convinced that today’s visit will allow us to do just that.”
