The government of KCHR appeared the Deputy Prime Minister for innovation


CHERKESSK, February 19. /TASS/. The new Deputy Prime Minister in charge of innovative activities and information assigned in Karachay-Cherkessia (KCHR), told Monday a press-service of head and government of the Republic. He was the former Deputy head of the Executive Committee of Pestrechinsky district of Tatarstan 37-year-old Enver Arbatli.

“The Prime Minister of the Republic Aslan Eskers introduced the new Deputy Prime Minister KCR Enver Arbatli. He will deal with issues of innovation and information”, – stated in the message.

The Chairman of the government of Karachay-Cherkessia until the appointment of Acutly had six deputies.

Enver Acutly was born in 1980. Has two higher educations, graduated from the economic faculty of the Kazan innovative University named Timirjazeva and the Crimean national law University. Since June 2014 he worked as Deputy head of the administration of Alushta, in 2017, he was appointed first Deputy head of the Executive Committee of Pestrechinsky district of Tatarstan.

In early February, as Prime Minister of Dagestan was appointed Artem Zdunov, who held the post of Minister of economy of Tatarstan.
