Russian President Vladimir Putin sees the aim of the reforms, including constitutional reform, development of the country and does not intend to change the fundamental law in favor of their personal political plans. This was stated press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov in interview to TV channel RT.
“He did this in 2008 (following the expiry of his second term as President and the Constitution did not allow again run – approx.
