Izvestia: in Russia may reduce by half the registration fee when drawing up of electronic documents


MOSCOW, April 27. /TASS/. The Ministry of communications of the Russian Federation has developed the bill according to which Russians are ready to abandon paper certificates or statements in favor of electronic versions of documents will be able to get a 50% discount on stamp duty. About it writes on Friday the newspaper “Izvestia”.

As told the edition in the Ministry of communications, “a 50% discount on the registration fee is offered to provide citizens, willing to obtain a certificate or extract in electronic form only”. To receive the discount, you must also order the document through the portal or related to a unified system of identification of sites and through the same to pay legal costs.

Those who will perform the last two points, and now they can get discounts, but only 30% (factor 0.7). This rule is temporary; it is valid from 1 January 2017 until January 1, 2019, reminded the Agency. In the Ministry of communications prompt you to save the discount “and include the new factor of 0.5”.

The drafting of a bill on the reduction of the size of the state fees provided for in the plan of legislative activities of the government of the Russian Federation for this year. Changes be made to Chapter 25.3 of the Tax code. The document must be submitted to the government in August and submitted to the Duma in October.

According to the Ministry of communications, the number of registered users by the end of 2017 amounted to 65 million people.
