VORONEZH, on may 16. /TASS/. The Plenipotentiary of the RF President in the Central Federal district Alexey Gordeyev has no plans to combine the post of Deputy Prime Minister for agroindustrial complex and agriculture Minister. He reported about it to journalists.
“No, I do not consider. The decision for the President,” he said, answering the question whether he is ready to combine the post of Deputy Prime Minister for agriculture and Minister of agriculture.
Gordeyev was appointed Minister of agriculture in 1999-2009 years.
He also did not comment on priority directions in development of agriculture, which plans to develop in the post of Deputy Prime Minister for agriculture, noting that they will be announced after his appointment.
On may 7, Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev has offered on a post of the Vice-premiers of the candidacy of Maxim Akimov, Yuri Borisov, Tatiana Golikova, Olga Golodets, Alexei Gordeev, Vitaly Mutko, Dmitry Kozak and Konstantin Chuichenko. According to him, Gordeev in the new government will be responsible for agriculture.
