The price of Brent crude oil exceeded $79 for the first time since Nov 2014


TASS, may 15. The cost of the futures on Brent crude oil with delivery in July 2018 in the course of trading on the ICE exchange in London grew by 1%, to $79,02 per barrel, according to the auction.

In recent times the price of this oil was above $79 a barrel on November 25, 2014.

Despite rising in price oil, the Russian rouble demonstrates a slight decline against other major currencies. So, the dollar as of 13:40 Moscow time has risen on 0,13% to 61.93 ruble, the Euro rate – on 0,06%, to 73.83 ruble.
