MOSCOW, August 21. /TASS/. The Department of transport proposes to introduce fines of up to 5 thousand rubles for drivers of carpooling – sharing car – sharing expenses for paying for services in cash. About this newspaper “Kommersant” with reference to the bill designed by the Metropolitan DMV.
