MOSCOW, August 23. /TASS/. The activity of the notary is planned to expand at the expense of the digital economy. So, the Russians may be able to remotely perform a number of notarial acts, told TASS Autonomous nonprofit organization “Digital economy”.
The corresponding project of the Federal law of August 22 was approved by the experts of the working group on the legal regulation of the ANO “Digital economy”, pointed out in the organization.
After approval by the working group, the draft will be sent to the government of the Russian Federation. According to the head of the project office to implement the program of “the Digital economy of the Russian Federation” Analytical center under the government of Vladimir Mesropyan, the project should be submitted to the state Duma in the first quarter of 2019, and to participate in the spring session of 2019. “Supplement and clarification of the regulation of notarial acts may be considered as the minimization of time costs the person who has applied, up to the possible exception of his appearance at notary office for the notarial act or to receive the results of its Commission,” adds Mesropyan.
In the event of a draft, the notary will have the opportunity to witness the faithfulness of translation of documents in electronic form. In addition, it is assumed that the notary will be able to transmit electronic documents to take money on Deposit in electronic form, to make the writ in electronic form (will require additions to Chapter XVI of the Foundations), etc.
“As a result of the direction, we see a significant increase in the speed of civil circulation, increasing the comfort of the applicants and reduce the costs of business, as in notarial acts, and in other procedures that can be optimized are discussing changes. Individuals will also feel the savings in time and cost reduction”, – said the Director of “regulation” ANO “Digital economy” Dmitry Ter-Stepanov.
