Russia has no illusions about the possible lifting of sanctions, it should expect further tightening of the sanctions push no matter what is happening in the Donbass, said Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
NIZHNY TAGIL, 9 Sep. Regardless of the developments in the Donbass, the US and EU will toughen sanctions against Russia, said Wednesday at the exhibition RAE-2015, Deputy foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov.
“We think that in some areas, no matter what is happening in the Donbass, we should expect further tightening of the sanctions push,” said Ryabkov.
According to him, introduced last week for more U.S. sanctions against Russian legal entities, including Rosoboronexport, is “a reflection of the policy to the complication of the work of the Russian military-industrial complex and all cosmechanics”.
“In the field of international financial services to our colleagues in the USA and the EU will continue its effort to block all the cracks. We understand this, we must learn to operate in these conditions,” he added.
