Media reported that the Chairman of the Duma Committee on international Affairs Alexei Pushkov can get a limited visa to participate in the activities of the UN General Assembly.

US legislation prohibits to comment on the details of the consideration of visas, said state Department spokesman Katie Bondy. “We don’t build assumptions about what may or may not be anyone to obtain a visa”, she added.
Earlier, the speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko, is also included in the sanctions list, are unable to participate in the session of the inter-Parliamentary Union (31 August-2 September) in new York.
