MOSCOW, 9 Oct. The arbitration court of Moscow on Friday has registered a lawsuit the company “Commercial Agency airport “Domodedovo” on the verge of bankruptcy of airline “Transaero” about the recovery of about 839 million rubles, said in court.
To proceedings not yet adopted, on the grounds of the claim are not reported.

Lately several claims to “Transaero” filed patterns, controlled by Rosneft, is the supplier of aviation fuel “RN-Aero”, the Bank RRDB, TZK “Koltsovo”, the total amount exceeds 4 billion rubles.
The largest Russian privately owned airline Transaero has been unable to service debts, which form together with the leasing obligations of about 250 billion rubles. Approved in September the government plan for the transfer of 75% of actions “Transaero” state “Aeroflot” for the subsequent rehabilitation took off. The creditors are considering the option of bankruptcy of the airline.
