The head of the Ministry Alexei Ulyukayev told journalists that curate the Crimea in the Ministry of economic development will be the Deputy Minister Sergey Nazarov.
SIMFEROPOL, 9 Oct. To oversee the Crimea in the Ministry of economic development will be the Deputy Minister Sergei Nazarov, told journalists the head of the Ministry Alexei Ulyukayev
“They (the powers — ed.) have already switched to it. It’s been two weeks since 25 of September, we have overseen the Crimean subject. We have formed a Department to deal with the Federal target program of development of Crimea and Sevastopol, and the range of associated issues,” — said Ulyukayev.
In the summer, the government abolished the Ministry for Crimean Affairs, established on March 31, 2014, ten days after the signing of the Treaty on admitting Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia. The Ministry was headed by Oleg Saveliev, until more than five years held the position of Deputy MAYOR.
The functions of the abolished Mindcrime were transferred to the Ministry of economic development.
