The leader eserov Sergey Mironov has informed that the bill has as its objective the regulation of work and powers of the Federal Assembly.
MOSCOW, 12 Oct. The leader of the party “Fair Russia” Sergei Mironov, intends to introduce to state Duma the bill to the Federal Assembly.
“I have tomorrow in the state Duma will be introduced a Federal law on the Federal Assembly”, — said Mironov reporters.
“The work and powers of the government and the courts is regulated by Federal constitutional laws. And the Federal Parliament for 22 years now — complete silence. In this regard, I, along with the working group of lawyers who worked for over half a year on this conceptual law, and tomorrow I will make”, — he said.
The Federal Assembly — Parliament of the Russian Federation shall be the representative and legislative body of Russia. The Federal Assembly consists of two chambers — the Federation Council and State Duma.
