Vice-speaker of the state Duma Andrey Isaev said that the draft laws on the budgets of funds for 2016 will be made on 14 October in the government, and the 22nd in the lower house of Parliament.
MOSCOW, 12 Oct. The draft laws on budgets of extra-budgetary funds for 2016 can be submitted to the state Duma on 22 October, told journalists the Vice-speaker of the lower house of Parliament Andrey Isaev.
“We expect that the budgets (bills on the budgets of funds) for 2016 will be made on 14 October and 22 October, will appear in the State Duma”, — Isayev said after the meeting of the faction “United Russia” in the state Duma with the heads of the Pension Fund, mandatory medical insurance Fund and social insurance Fund.
In September, the state Duma adopted a law that gives the opportunity to take the Federal budget only in 2016, and not three, as usual. The act applies only for 2016. The document suspends until January 1, 2016 to certain provisions of the Budget code of the Russian Federation. The deadline for submission to the State Duma the draft budget for 2016 and projects of budgets of off-budget funds is transferred from 1 October to 25 October 2015. The law creates a legal basis for making similar changes to the budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation.
