MOSCOW, 13 Oct. The airline “Transaero” may terminate its flights as early as next week, the order to suspend flights can be signed after October 15, when will pass peak of air travel with “Transaero”, wrote on Tuesday the newspaper “Kommersant” with reference to sources.
According to the newspaper, on the eve of the Federal air transport Agency has completed an unscheduled inspection of financial and economic conditions “Transaero”, the basis for which was, including, “deterioration of safety” and the financial performance of the troubled airline, but also the existence of a “judicial proceeding relating to insolvency”.
According to the publication, the audit showed that due to the deterioration of the main production indicators in “Transaero” can really cause problems with safety and respect of consumer rights. It is reported that the Federal air transport Agency said that a comprehensive opinion on Transaero airlines “are not ready” and information about “the suspension of the certificate does not reflect reality”.

According to the newspaper, the situation with the further activity of “Transaero” Monday was discussed at the meeting in Ministry of transport decided to formulate a final verdict on the fate of the company in a week.
The largest Russian privately owned airline Transaero has been unable to service debts, which form together with the leasing obligations of about 250 billion rubles.
