It is the first time regulated the procedure of room reservation, the notion of “estimated hours”, more fully sets forth the rights and obligations of each party to the contract for the provision of hotel services.
MOSCOW, 13 Oct. The Russian government has approved new edition of rules of granting of hotel services in Russia, the corresponding decree was published on the website of the Cabinet on Tuesday.
“The resolution was repealed the government resolution of April 25, 1997 №490 “About approval of rules of hotel services in the Russian Federation” and the regulatory legal acts, which amendments and additions. At the same time approved a new edition of rules of granting of hotel services in Russia”, — stated in the message.
It is noted that in the rules, for the first time regulated the procedure of booking hotel rooms, the notion of “estimated hours”, the amended regulations on the procedure for registration of stay at the hotel, including those contained in the list of main documents for registration.
According to the amendments, the hotels are given the freedom to determine the order of payment at check-in until check-out time, the requirements to the content of the policies at the hotel, developed by each hotel. In the new edition more fully sets forth the rights and obligations of each party to the contract of rendering of hotel services, more clearly defined measures of their responsibility.
