MOSCOW, 15 Oct. Russian officials, sent abroad at public expense, must fly through the national carriers, is a practice developed in many countries, said the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov.
“Frankly, it is a practice which applies in many States. Of course, if the trip and the flights are operated by budget, of course, that… obliged to use the services of the national carrier. If the flights are operated through other means, and here, probably, there are no restrictions,” — said Peskov.
