MOSCOW, 14 Oct. Strategy of innovative development of the construction industry until 2030 envisages the increase in the number of employed in the construction of 1 million people, said Wednesday at a meeting of the Presidium of the public Council under the Ministry of construction of the Russian Federation Deputy Minister Yuri reilyan.
“It is expected to increase employment in the construction industry of the Russian Federation more than 1 million people,” said reylan, speaking about the goals embodied in the strategy.
Also, he said, is expected to increase the labor productivity growth doubled, primarily due to the reduction of construction term and increasing the share of innovative materials and equipment. In addition, it is expected to reduce by 30% and operating costs by 20% utilities, added the Deputy Minister.
Raylan reported that the draft strategy has already passed the stage of public and professional discussion, until the end of 2015 it is planned to be approved in the first quarter of 2016 to submit for the Council of State.
