The draft Federal budget for the next year can make in the lower house of Parliament until October 25. Presumably, the first reading of the budget will be held on November 13.
MOSCOW, 14 Oct. The state Duma may consider the draft Federal budget for 2016 on November 13 in first reading, said the head of the Committee of the lower house of Parliament on budget and taxes Andrey Makarov.
“The first reading of the budget in 2016 we expect to spend on 13 November. But it depends on many factors,” Makarov said at a meeting of the Committee.
It is expected that the draft Federal budget for next year will be made before 25 October.
Previously the budget has been adopted for three years. Traditionally, together with the main financial document of the country will be discussed budgets for 2016 of the Pension Fund, Federal compulsory medical insurance Fund and social insurance Fund.
