MOSCOW, 15 Oct. The speaker of the state Duma Sergei Naryshkin called on the Russian Parliament not to forget the successes and failures of reforms carried out in Russia a hundred years ago.

Naryshkin noted that although the appearance of the Manifesto have not put the point in contemporary turmoil, its principles gave the opportunity to restore order in the country and to implement numerous tasks in the field of economy, politics, culture.
