Moscow. October 16. The Central Bank withdrew the license for banking operations in Moscow Bank “Commonwealth” and “Lada-credit”, is spoken in the message of the regulator.
In addition, the license for banking operations is revoked and Lenoblasti registered in the city of Vsevolozhsk of Leningrad region.

“With a poor quality of assets the Bank “Commonwealth” did not adequately evaluated taken in connection with these risks. Appropriate credit risk assessment on the request of the Supervisory authority revealed the complete loss of own means of Bank”, – stated in the message.
Thus, explains the Central Bank, the management and owners of the credit institution did not take effective measures to normalize the activity of the Bank.
The Bank appointed a temporary administration, the powers of the Executive bodies are suspended. The Bank is a participant of the Deposit insurance system.
As at 31 March of the current year, volume of funds of physical persons in Bank “Commonwealth” was 314,2 million. Over the next three months he grew up to 3.33 billion rubles.
The Bank “Commonwealth” in the first half of 2015 took the 390-th place in terms of assets in ranking “Interfax-100” prepared “Interfax-CEA”.
“Lada-credit”
According to the regulator, the Bank conducted high-risk lending policy connected with placement of funds into low-quality assets.
“As a result of execution of requirements of Supervisory authority on creating provisions adequate to the accepted risks, the credit organization completely lost the capital”, – stated in the message.
The Central Bank said that the management and owners of the credit institution has not taken effective measures to normalize the activities of the Bank.
