MOSCOW, 16 Oct. The Federal Antimonopoly service does not consider increase of tariffs of “Transneft” in 2016 more than offered on 6,12%, told journalists the head of FAS Igor Artemyev.
FAS has proposed to index the tariffs of “Transneft” on oil transportation through oil pipelines in 2016 to 6,12%, compared with 2015, however the company believes this level is inadequate to perform the tasks set by the government before “Transneft” to extend the oil pipeline “Eastern Siberia — Pacific ocean” (ESPO).
“We do not consider this question. They can always ask, we are in dialogue. We will be happy motivated position,” said the head of FAS on the question of whether the authority to consider increasing the indexation of the tariff “Transneft” more than 6,12%.
