Fin it is time to put the question that the Governor, in case of early resignation may not be acting in the case, if he puts forward his candidacy for the next elections”, — said the first Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee, first Vice-speaker of the state Duma Ivan Melnikov, speaking with a report at the Plenum.
“Think about how to reflect the idea that acting for the electoral period can only be third person. Moreover, we see that “performance of duties” prevents the candidates from the authorities to participate in the debate,” he said.
Melnikov also urged his colleagues to avoid unnecessary “blatancy” in introducing the bills. “Most of the resonance should be in the current year our parliamentary work. Don’t need excessive blatancy when initiatives are introduced to “lakirovanie” journalists. Some of our comrades are guilty of this”, — said the speaker.
