In 11 regions the level of collection rate exceeded 85%, and in six subjects of the Russian Federation – 90%. Until the end of 2015 planned works on capital repair total 111,337 thousand units.
MOSCOW, 19 Oct. The amount of charges owners for financing of works on capital repair of common property in apartment buildings in the first nine months was 85.1 billion rubles, according to a press release from the housing and utilities Fund.
“The share of the collection funds of the owners reached 71,81%. That’s up 6.44% of the same indicator 2014, when the share of the collection funds of the owners was 65,37%”, — is specified in materials.
In 11 regions the level of collection rate exceeded 85%, and in six subjects of the Russian Federation — 90%: in the Leningrad region (98,9%), in Tatarstan (98%), in Moscow (92,9%), Novgorod (90,3%), Kostroma (90,2%), Tula (90,1%) regions. In some regions, such as Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Perm Krai, North Ossetia-Alania, Tuva and Dagestan, the collection rate is low, the report States.
Until the end of 2015 planned works on capital repair total 111,337 thousand units. Of them started work in 73,17 thousands of homes, of which fully completed 31,973 thousand, it says.
At the reporting date in General 734,272 from thousands of apartment buildings made by the subjects of the Russian Federation in the information system of the website “the Reform of housing and communal services”, the monitoring of the technical condition held in 700,067 thousands of homes (95.3 per cent). This monitoring is made 100% in 71 subject of the Russian Federation, four had less than 50%: in Buryatia (8,4%), Komi (21,4%), Murmansk region (30,1%) and Perm region (44.7 percent), added in the press release.
